My name is Bruce Evans II. I serve as the Director of Logistics, as well as a coach and referee for Flag Star. I was born and raised in Washington, D.C., where my passion for football began with my father, who was an avid sports enthusiast. My first experiences with the game were during recess, playing with friends—those moments sparked a lifelong love for football.

I continued playing through high school and also discovered rugby, where I excelled early. By the age of 16, I was competing with the Men's National Team and was honored to be selected for the World Cup qualifier squad.

With the unwavering support of my wife and our four children, I’ve successfully completed two degrees and am currently working on a third. Coaching and working with Flag Star has been an incredibly rewarding journey, and I wouldn’t trade the experience for anything.
